Shipping policy

Shipping schedule:

Monday to Friday until 13:00 (CET).

No shipments or deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed after 13:00 on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard domestic shipping (Spain): 3-5 business days.

• Standard international shipping: 5-7 business days.

Important notes:

The shipping country must match the country of purchase.

Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

If incorrect shipping details are entered and the package is not delivered, a penalty of €2.75 will apply.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout.

Rates:

• Spain (mainland): 6,50€. Free shipping for orders over 80 €.

• Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla: 8 €. Free shipping for orders over 150 €.

• Standard international shipping: 14 €.

• Non-EU Europe and Eastern Europe: 34 €.

• United Kingdom: 34 € (customs duties and import taxes not included).

• North America: 50 €.

• South America: 55 €.

• Central America: 50 €.

• Middle East and Asia: 70 €.

• Africa: 60 €.

• Oceania: 70 €.
