1.The Gift Card:

The Gift Card is a document (digital or physical) issued to the bearer by Lorena Carbonell Guilló, with registered office at C. Santiago Ramón y Cajal, 17, 03203, Elche Parque Industrial (Alicante) and with NIF 48379799N (hereinafter, ikkelele), which entitles its holder to redeem the balance in Euros (€) that it contains when purchasing items from ikkelele offered for sale in the online store www.ikkelele.com

2. How to acquire the Gift Card:

2.1. Formats of the Gift Card:

The Gift Card can be obtained in digital format

Digital Gift Card

The Digital Gift Card is a bearer document in digital format sent by emailunique with a cóalphanumeric codeérich, which will be the one you must enter when making an online purchase.

2.2. Online contracting procedure for the Gift Card:

To purchase a Gift Card from ikkelele online, you must select the Gift Card.

Select the price/balance you want to include in the Digital Gift Card and click on “ADDADD TO CART”, confirm the order and proceed to payment as if you were purchasing any other product from ikkelele.

You will automatically receive two emails: one with the order confirmation and another with the alphanumeric code that you must forward to the gift recipient. That code is the one that must be applied in the purchase during the “CHECK OUT” process, in the apply code box below the total purchase.

3. Right of withdrawal in the purchase of Gift Cards:

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a Gift Card, as long as it has not been used within the following time frames:

-15 natural days from the date you made the purchase.

For these purposes, it is considered “use” the use of the card for the purchase of any product from ikkelele, whether the balance of the Gift Card has been exhausted or not.

4. Consequences of withdrawal:

In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments made by you for the purchase of the gift card., to madaysnatural days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

Such refund will be madeby using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly stated otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expense as a result of the refund.

5. Refund of the amount paid for a purchase made with a Gift Card:

In case you make a purchase using a Gift Card and want to withdraw from the purchase, the refund of the amount paid will be made by a voucher/code with the same amount as the purchase.

However, if the Gift Card is not presented at the time of the return, the refund of that amount will be made by providing a voucher for idéidentical value.

In noin case of refundto the amount of a purchase made with a Gift Card in cash.

6. Responsible use of the Gift Card:

The Gift Card is a digital document bearer. The responsibility for its use and custody corresponds exclusively to its holder.

The Gift Card will not be replaced in case of theft or pélegal manner even if the purchase ticket and/or payment receipt is presented, as there would be no way to know if that Gift Card has been used.

The Gift Card obtained in an ilíquote to beto zero, it cannot be used for the purchase of products and its amount will not be refunded.
