Gift Card Conditions

The purchase of the Gift Card from ikkelele is governed by the purchase conditions that you can find in the purchase conditions of ikkelele

 

Below is a summary of the conditions regarding the purchase of the Gift Card from ikkelele (hereinafter, the Gift Card).

 

1. The Gift Card:

The Gift Card is a (digital) document issued to the bearer by Lorena Carbonell Guilló, with registered office at C. Santiago Ramón y Cajal, 17, 03203, Elche Parque Industrial (Alicante) and with NIF 48379799N (hereinafter, ikkelele), which entitles its holder to redeem the balance in Euros (€that it contains in the purchase of items from ikkelele offered for sale in the online store www.ikkelele.com.

 

2. How to purchase the Gift Card:

You can purchase the Gift Card throughéfrom the online store of ikkelele.

 

2.1. Formats of the Gift Card:

The Gift Card is issued exclusively in digital format. 

 

Digital Gift Card

The Digital Gift Card is a bearer document in digital format sent by email.with a coralphanumeric codeérich, which will be the one you must enter when making an online purchase.

 

The ikkelele gift card does not expire.

 

2.2. Online procedure for purchasing the Gift Card:

To purchase a Gift Card from ikkelele online, you must select the Gift Card.

Select the price/balance you want the Gift Card to include and click on “YEARADD TO CARTconfirm the order and proceed to payment as if you were purchasing any other product from ikkelele.

You will automatically receive two emails: one with the order confirmation and another with the alphanumeric code that you must forward to the gift recipient. This code is what they will need to apply during the "CHECK OUT" process, in the apply code box below the total purchase amount.

 

3. Right of withdrawal in the purchase of Gift Cards:

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a Gift Card, as long as it has not been used within the following periods:

-       15 natural days from the date you made the purchase.

For these purposes, it is considered “use” the use of the card for the purchase of any product from ikkelele, whether the balance of the Gift Card has been exhausted or not.

 

4. Consequences of withdrawal:

In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments made by you for the purchase of the card, to máwithin 14 dnatural days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

This refund will be madeusing the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

 

5. Refund of the amount paid for a purchase made with a Gift Card:

In case you make a purchase using a Gift Card and want to withdraw from the purchase, the refund of the amount paid will be made by a voucher/code with the same amount as the purchase.

However, if the Gift Card is not presented at the time of return, the refund of that amount will be made by issuing a voucher for idéidentical value.

In noin case of refundthe amount of a purchase made with a Gift Card in cash.

 

6. Responsible use of the Gift Card:

The Gift Card is a digital document bearer. The responsibility for its use and custody lies exclusively with its holder.

The Gift Card will not be replaced in case of theft or pélost even if the purchase receipt and/or proof of payment is presented, as there would be no way to know if that Gift Card has been used.

The Gift Card obtained in an illyquote to beis null, it cannot be used for the purchase of products and its amount will not be refunded.
