RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returning or exchanging your order is easy.

Request a change or return by sending an email to info@ikkelele.comwithin 15 business days from receipt, indicating your name, order number and collection address. If possible, please tell us why. We love to improve!

Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original state: without use, wash or damage, and with its accessories.
  • Must be returned in its complete original packaging.

Exchange and return process:
  1. Write to us at info@ikkelele.com and we will send you detailed instructions.
  2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of of the client.
  1. The amount will be refunded, less the shipping costs of the original purchase and the collection.
  2. We will collect the package in Spain (peninsula) at a cost of €5.50 per trip.
  1. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will have an additional cost of €3.75.
  2. If you prefer, you can manage the shipping yourself, it is your responsibility to ensure it arrives within 15 business days and in perfect condition. We recommend certified shipping and keeping proof of shipping. This shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. ikkelele is not responsible for the order until it is received.

  • Freight collect returns are not accepted.
  • Registered shipping and saving receipt is recommended.
  • Exchanges are not accepted for used, damaged or special promotion products.
Conditions for changes and returns.
If once the product is received, the customer is not satisfied with it, they can request their exchange for another product or return with a refund. In any case, the cost of collection transport will be passed on.

  1. The credit may take up to 30 days depending on your bank.
  1. We will notify you by email when it has been processed.
We recommend certified shipping  and keep the shipping receipt. This transportation cost is borne by the buyer. 
ikkelele is not responsible for the order until it is received.
Once the item is received and check that  is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the item (except for the transportation costs of the original purchase). 

  • All items are carefully checked before shipping

  • The refund will be issued once we have received the product and verified that the item is in perfect condition.Exchanges for used or damaged products or special promotions will not be accepted.

  • If we send a wrong or defective item, please contact us and we will cover the cost.
