Returning or exchanging your order is easy.

Request the exchange or return by sending an email to info@ikkelele.com within a maximum period of 15 business days from receipt, indicating your name, order number, and collection address. If possible, let us know the reason; we love to improve!

Conditions:
  • The product must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed or undamaged, and with its accessories.
  • It must be returned in its complete original packaging.
Return process:
  1. Write to us at info@ikkelele.com and we will send you detailed instructions.
  2. The return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  3. The amount will be refunded, deducting the shipping costs from the original purchase and the collection.
  4. We collect the package in Spain (mainland) at a cost of 5.50€ per trip.
  5. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will have an additional cost of 3.75€.
  6. If you prefer, you can manage the shipping on your own; it is your responsibility to ensure it arrives in 15 business days and in perfect condition. We recommend certified shipping and keeping the shipping receipt. This shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility, ikkelele is not responsible for the order until its receipt.

  • The cost and responsibility of shipping is borne by the customer.

  • Returns with postage due are not accepted.
  • Certified shipping is recommended and keep the receipt.
  • Returns of used, damaged products, or special promotions are not accepted.
  • In case of returning a product that includes a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned. 
Refund:

  2. The refund may take up to 30 days depending on your bank..
  3. If you opted for payment with PayPal, €3.75 will be deducted.
  4. We will notify you by email when it has been processed.
