WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Orders leave from Monday to Thursday until 3:00 p.m.
Fridays until 1:00 p.m.
On weekends no shipments or deliveries are made. If you place your order on a Friday after 1:00 p.m., that order will leave our studio on Monday.

WHEN WILL I RECIVE MY ORDER?

Items purchased in the ikkelele online store are sent by courier
The delivery times are the following:
National Standard: 3-5 business days

International Standard: 5-7 business days.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the client before confirming the payment and will depend mainly on the destination.
The shipping price does not include customs or tariff costs that may occur when shipping to countries that do not belong to the European Union. Customers are responsible for these additional payments.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla has a cost of 8 euros.

International Standard: 14 euros.

Europe (Non-EU): €34. .

North America: €50.

South America: 55€.

Central America: 50€.

Middle East and Asia: €70.

Africa: 60€.

Oceania: 70€.

CAN THE COUNTRY OF DELIVERY BE DIFFERENT FROM THE COUNTRY OF PURCHASE?

Yes, The country of delivery can be different of the country from which the purchase is made. Just make sure to write the right address on the shipping address.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MAKE A MISTAKE IN THE DELIVERY DATA?

Please pay close attention when entering the shipping address information. If you make a mistake and the package goes to another place, a penalty of 2.75 euros will be charged.

HAS MY ORDER ALREADY SHIPPED?

As soon as your order leaves from our studio , you will receive an email to confirm that it has been prepared.

Your order will be delivered within the period announced on the web from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email.
