Exchanges & Returns

Returning or exchanging your order is easy.

To request a return or exchange, simply email us at info@ikkelele.com within 15 business days of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number, and pickup address. If possible, let us know the reason — we love learning how to improve!

Conditions:

The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original accessories.

It must be returned in its complete original packaging.

Return process:

Email us at info@ikkelele.com and we’ll send you detailed instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We will refund the total amount, minus the original shipping and return transport costs.

For returns within mainland Spain, we can arrange pickup for €6,00 per trip.

If you paid with PayPal, the refund will include an additional €3.75 handling fee.

Alternatively, you can handle the return shipment yourself. In that case, the item must arrive within 15 business days, in perfect condition. We recommend using certified shipping and keeping the tracking receipt. The customer is responsible for this shipment, and ikkelele is not liable until the item is received.

The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs and handling.

Cash on delivery returns are not accepted.

Certified shipping is highly recommended, and tracking proof should be kept.

Used, damaged or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Processing time may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank.

If you paid with PayPal, €3.75 will be deducted from the refund.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Important information:

All items are carefully inspected before shipping.

Refunds will only be issued after the item is received and verified to be in perfect condition.

Returns of used, damaged, or promotional items will not be accepted.

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us and we will cover the return costs.
