Refund policy

Exchanges and Returns:

Returning or exchanging your order is easy.
Request the exchange or return by sending an email to info@ikkelele.com within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt, stating your name, order number and collection address. If possible, tell us the reason. We love improving!
Conditions:
  • The product must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed or undamaged, and with its accessories.
  • It must be returned in its complete original packaging.
Return process:
  1. Write to us at info@ikkelele.com and we will send you detailed instructions.
  2. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  3. The amount will be refunded, less the transportation costs of the original purchase and the collection.
  4. We collect the package in Spain (mainland) at a cost of €5.50 per journey.
  5. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will incur an additional cost of €3.75.
  6. If you prefer, you may arrange the shipment yourself; it is your responsibility to ensure that it arrives within 15 business days and in perfect condition. We recommend registered shipping and keeping the proof of shipment. This transportation cost is borne by the buyer;  ikkelele is not responsible for the order until it is received.

International returns, Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or the Balearic Islands:
  • The cost and responsibility for shipping are borne by the customer.

  • Returns sent postage due will not be accepted.
  • Registered shipping is recommended, and you should keep the receipt.
  • Exchanges of used, damaged products or products from special promotions are not accepted.
  • In the event of returning a product that includes a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned. 
Refund: 
  1. It is made using the same payment method.
  2. The credit may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank.
  3. If you chose to pay with PayPal,  €3.75 will be deducted.
  4. We will notify you by email once it has been processed.
Important information:
  • All items are carefully inspected before being shipped
  • The refund will be issued once we have received the product and verified that the item is in perfect condition. Exchanges of used or damaged products or products from special promotions will not be accepted.
  • If the amount of your refund is incorrect, please write to us at info@ikkelele.com 
  • If we send an incorrect or defective item, contact us and we will cover the costs.
