RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returning or exchanging your order is easy.
To proceed with the return/exchange of an item purchased in the ikkelele online store:
  1. Request an exchange/return by email to hello@ikkelele.com within a period NOT exceeding 15 business days following the date of receipt of the product, indicating the name,  order number and address  collection. And if possible, the reason for the return, to help us continue to improve.
  2.  The products must be returned:
a) In its original state, together with any accessory related to them, and cannot be used, washed or damaged.
b) In its complete original packaging.
Conditions for changes and returns.
If once the product is received, the customer is not satisfied with it, they can request their exchange for another product or return with a refund. In any case, the cost of collection transport will be passed on.
The amount paid will be refunded, except for the transport costs of the original purchase and the collection of the return.
ikkelele will manage the collection transport at the indicated address (Spain, peninsula) with a cost of 5,50 euros each way. 
If the purchase has been done with Pay Pal, the refund will have an extra cost of 3,75 €.
The client can hire his own transport company for the return, only need to inform us and take into account that it is his  responsibility that it arrives on time 15 business days from the moment of notice and  in perfect condition.

We recommend certified shipping  and keep the shipping receipt. This transportation cost is borne by the buyer. 
ikkelele is not responsible for the order until it is received.
Once the item is received and check that  is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the item (except for the transportation costs of the original purchase). 
Returns of international orders, Andorra, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or the Balearic Islands, the cost and responsibility of transport for the return is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns to postage due will not be accepted.
No exchanges will be accepted for used or damaged products or Sample Sale.

Any exchanges on purchased items must be properly packaged in their original packaging.
 
How will I receive the amount of my refund?
Once the refund is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made the payment.
If you have opted for the refund in the same payment method that you used to place your order, remember that the time it takes for the credit card credit to appear in your account always depends on your bank . Your bank may take up to 30 days to show said payment.
If the return has to be done with Pay Pal, it would have an extra cost of 3,75€.
When will I receive the amount of my return?
When we verify that the items are in perfect condition, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid in your account.
What if the amount of the return made is incorrect?
If this happens, contact us at hello@ikkelele.com We will try fix the problem as soon as possible.
In the event that ikkelele has mistakenly sent an article different from the one requested or that the quality of the article sent is not adequate, please contact us at hello@ikkelele.com for the return and/or exchange. In this case, Ikkelele will assume the costs of both shipping and return.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN?
The deadline for any return or change is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package.
MY RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED, BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING
Shipping costs are not refunded, except in cases where that the order has been canceled in accordance with the Distance Selling rules or those in which the entire order was defective.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All items are carefully checked before shipment. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please notify us immediately.
Include all the items you want to exchange/return in a single shipment to ensure that we process your return as soon as possible.
All products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged or damaged in transit. Your return cannot be accepted if the box or item is damaged.
If you send us the package yourself, keep in mind that ikkelele is not responsible for your order until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend that you use a secure and trackable shipping method.
