LEGAL BASIS. “The Hidden Word” GIVEAWAY
1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY:
Lorena Carbonell Guilló, SA, with registered office at C. Santiago Ramón y Cajal, 17 Elche Parque Industrial, 03203 (Alicante), with CIF 48379799N and owner of the trademark (hereinafter “ikkelele”), organizes on the dates indicated below, the free raffle with no obligation to purchase called “The Hidden Word” (hereinafter “the Raffle”), in order to select 1 person as winner of an ikkelele Rococó ring available on the ikkelele website, in accordance with the requirements described in these Rules.
2.- CONDITIONS OF THE DRAW:
- Be of age.
- Comply with the conditions that will be written at the bottom of the photos published by Ikkelele on his Instagram account for the "The Hidden Word" contest.
- Like the post
- Owning an Instagram profile
- Follow to @ikkelele on Instagram
- Comment on the photo posted with the hidden word
- Tag 2 friends per participation
- You can participate as many times as you like, as long as you tag two different people in each comment.
The Organizer will only consider entries that meet the requirements set forth in the current rules. If a participant tags two different people in each comment, the entry will be counted as an independent entry.
- Timeframe: The draw will begin on May 15, 2025, and end on May 21, 2025, at 12:00 PM. No entries will be accepted after these dates.
- Territorial scope: participation valid only in mainland Spain.
3.- PRIZE:
The prize of this draw consists of a Rococo ring for the winner in any of the 2 combinations (moonstone or lapis lazuli)
The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
4.- WINNER'S DRAW:
The drawing to name the winner will be held on May 21, 2025, at 12:00 PM . For this drawing, ikkelele will randomly select one winner and five reserve winners from among all the profiles that have commented on the post and that meet the conditions outlined in section 2 of these terms and conditions.
The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram on the same day the draw is resolved. If the winner does not respond to the above message within 48 hours of notification, or if the winner declines the prize for any reason, ikkelele will select the next backup winner provided by the app responsible for conducting the draw.
Once the prize is accepted, the winner will receive an explanatory message on how to proceed, and their name will be published on ikkelele's social media. Participants authorize ikkelele to publish their name on ikkelele's social media, as well as on any of the brand's official communication channels, without any entitlement to any compensation.
In the event that the prize is rejected by the winner and all reserves, the Raffle will be declared void.
5.- IMAGE RIGHTS
Ikkelele is not responsible for the processing of images posted on the participant's public Instagram profile. These images may be viewed by any Instagram user and will not be used by Ikkelele for commercial or advertising purposes.
The processing of these images is the responsibility of Instagram, the social network through which this sweepstakes is taking place, and whose terms and conditions, privacy policies, and image rights have been previously accepted by users of said platform.
6.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
All personal information provided voluntarily will be used by ikkelele (Data Controller) for the purposes described in the contest rules.
The data collected may be transferred to all entities that collaborate in the organization of the promotion, to Public Administrations in the cases provided for by Law and to Data Processors, where applicable.
The interested party has the right to request access to their personal data, its rectification or deletion, as well as the limitation of its processing, to oppose it and its portability by means of written communication, accompanied by an ID, addressed to ikkelele at the following address or contact email:

7.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES AND RESPONSIBILITY.
1. The mere fact of participating in the Raffle implies full acceptance of these Rules.
2. Ikkelele reserves the right to modify the Raffle Rules, in whole or in part, at any time. It also reserves the right to cancel the Raffle or forfeit the prize if any irregularities are detected. Any modifications made will be duly notified to participants on the Ikkelele website.
3. Ikkelele reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Sweepstakes any participants it deems to be violating any of the conditions of participation included in these Rules. The exclusion of a participant, regardless of the reason, entails the loss of all rights derived from their status as such.
4. Any abusive or fraudulent use of these Rules will result in the subsequent disqualification of the participant from the Draw.
5. Ikkelele is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners, which prevents their identification.
8.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:
These Rules are subject to Spanish law. Any claim related to the Sweepstakes must be sent in writing to ikkelele at the following address: C. Santiago Ramón y Cajal, 17 - Elche Industrial Park. 03203, Elx. (Alicante), Spain, within thirty (30) days after the deadline for participation in the Raffle. In the event of a dispute regarding the application or interpretation of these Rules and in the absence of an amicable agreement, all disputes will be subject to the courts of Alicante.
